If you're not completely happy with your purchase, no worries! Just follow these simple steps:

RETURNS POLICY

Return Timeframe: you may return to our warehouse any product ordered from PetitPoisParis.com for an exchange or refund within 14 days after receiving your order.
For international orders, returns must be made within 28 days.
Exchanges will be made at the current retail price.
The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding receipt.
The returns are at the customer's expense for all countries.*please check our special offers for shipping and returns fees in France and Europe.
We will refund the amount paid for the products returned as long as the products are in their original condition, unworn, unused and unwashed, in accordance with our return policy.
*This concerns articles on sale as well.
No refunds will be provided on products that are returned used or damaged in any way. For this reason it is essential to read these conditions before hand and get in touch as soon as there is a problem.

If the recipient refuses to pay the custom fees, the order will be shipped back to Petit Pois Paris office and considered as a return.

To return a product, please follow the simple steps below.

We will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm the return, in accordance with our return policy below and its specific criteria.
If accepted, you will receive further instructions and a return slip to print include with the order.
Place the products in their original packaging with the return slip, and address the package to the Return Address:
